Return & Refund Policy

 

We guarantee your satisfaction. If for any reason, you are unhappy with your gift we will gladly replace it or refund your money.

We will also replace any gift that arrives in a damaged condition. Our gifts are carefully packed and we use well established couriers.

Please contact us straight away if this is the case.

Please note, in the event of a product not being available we will replace it with another of similar or greater value.

Sometimes the packaging /basket/box/container may differ in colour, shape or size than the one pictured due to unavailability etc.

We do require a receipt for returns. We will only refund in the same for of currency, e.g. same credit card.

Returns are allowed up to 14 days after purchase. The merchandise must be returned in the condition it was received please.

 

Note: Alcohol will not be sold to persons under the age of 18 years of age.

All prices are in NZD and include GST.

The business trading name that will appear on customer and cardholder statements is "Florist & Gifts NZ".
