How do I find a Registry gift list?

The owner of the Registry will send out a link (token) that will enable you to sign in to the Gift Registry here. To view a example of a Registry, view here


 
Will you gift-wrap my present?

Absolutely yes, absolutely free! Each gift is beautifully gift-wrapped at no cost. Some large gifts cannot practically be gift wrapped in paper, but for these gifts we still decorate with ribbon.


 
I want to include a card with my own personal message

We have a selection of gift cards available at checkout; you can add your own personal message to the Recipient (Bride and Groom, Engaged Couple, Birthday or Anniversary person) that will be hand-written on the card and included with your gift. All our cards are handcrafted in NZ.


 
Where and when are the Registry gifts sent?

As per the instructions given by the creator of the Registry who at the time of creating the Registry advised us of their preferred delivery address and date they wish to receive the gifts chosen for them.


 
Delivery Fees?

There are no delivery fees within New Zealand if the Gift is being included in the Couples Gift Registry. If you wish the Gift to be sent to you instead there is a delivery charge of $10 for all orders below $50 incl GST.


 
But I want to give my gift to them myself

No problem at all! Simply fill out your own address in the delivery details when you have chosen your gift, and we will send it straight to you. You still get to take advantage of our free gift-wrapping service but you will be charged $10 delivery fee for all orders below $50 incl GST.


 
What payment options are there?

 

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), Internet banking transfer, and NZ cheques. Manual bank deposit of cash can be made to our bank account at any ASB branch. International guests can also pay by IMT (International Money Transfer), however your bank will have fees attached to this service. Cheques issued by banks outside of New Zealand cannot be accepted. Please refer to our Shopping Guide for details.


 
Are the credit card details I submit secure?

Absolutely. Our server uses Internet-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) channel encryption to protect the credit card information. Support for SSL encryption is built into standard Web browsers, including Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator. Furthermore, and perhaps most importantly, our server fully supports the use of state-of-the-art 128-bit encryption to scramble your details, making them indecipherable to any electronic eavesdropper. All credit card payments are handled in real-time by Direct Payment Solutions.


 
How will I know The Perfect Gift received my online order?

You will need to provide a valid email address at checkout; you will receive your email confirmation within 5 – 10 minutes after processing your order. If you have not received it, then check your Junk E-mail folder, as your anti-virus software may have identified it as spam. If you have not received it you can contact us.


 
Can I choose something else not included on the registry list?

Certainly. You can browse the store here to choose any gift you would like to give.
