Welcome to our gift store. We provide beautifully-wrapped presents for any occasion - Birthday, Anniversary, new Baby, Christmas, whatever your reason for wanting to send a gift, we can do it for you!
 
This guide is designed to assist you in the simple process of purchasing and sending a gift. We also have guides to creating, maintaining and using our private registry service.

Individual Gift Deliveries

Purchasing a Gift

1. Browse our departments by clicking on the pink-coloured links on the left hand side of the page. Or you can search our entire range by entering your brand/product query into the search field at the top right of every page and clicking on the magnifying glass or by going here.
2. To view the contents of your shopping basket at any time hover your mouse or click on the 'View My Order icon on the top right hand side of the page.
3. To view further details about any product click on the product's image, to make an inquiry about the product, click the 'Enquire about product' button or to purchase the product click the 'Add to Cart' button.
4. The contents of your cart will be displayed, enter your desired quantity and then either click on 'Continue Shopping' to return to our store or 'Checkout' to complete your purchases. To remove an item from your cart check the box in the 'Remove' column and Click on 'Update Cart'
5. Enter your details into the short form on the Checkout page and click 'Next'.
6. Select your complimentary gift-wrap and ribbon colours preferences from our range displayed.

Your gift purchase includes a complimentary card on which your name will appear. If you wish to include a personal message you can select from our range of hand-designed cards. Click the 'Payment Options' button to continue.

Convenient Payment Options

The payment page will appear and the order total (including delivery charges) will be displayed. To print an invoice copy click on the 'View Invoice' button, close the invoice window to return to the payment page. You may now select your preferred method of payment.

• Credit Card - We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Complete the credit card name, card number and expiry date and click 'Submit' to continue. If you prefer you can email us or call us with your details.

• Direct Credit (Internet Banking) Payment or Manual Deposit at:

• Cheque - Print a copy of your invoice and post it along with your Cheque to: 
  P O Box 280, Paraparaumu 5254, New Zealand.
  
  • Cheques must be received within 5 working days of the date of the invoice and made payable to The Perfect Gift. Allow 5 working days from receipt of cheque for cheque clearance and goods to be dispatched. Cheques issued by banks outside of New Zealand cannot be accepted.

Gift Wrapping

We offer a free gift-wrapping service. If we are unable to wrap any item for any reason we will notify you, no compensation will be available as it is a gratis service we extend to our clients. We offer a selection of wrapping paper and ribbon colours. You have the opportunity to specify your preferences during the purchase process. We will endeavour to honour your requested colours but cannot guarantee that they will be available. Replacement colours are supplied at our discretion.

Gift Cards

During the checkout process you will be offered the opportunity to select from our range of beautiful Gift Cards that are cleverly hand-crafted in New Zealand. Your personal message to the recipient will be handwritten inside the card.

If you do not wish to purchase a Card we have a complimentary non-customisable option available, the ordering client's name only will appear on the card.
