Do you just do Wedding Registries?

No, The Perfect Gift is also a comprehensive online store, where you can purchase any item and it will be delivered directly to you as well as having a range of Registries that are available, such as, Wedding, Engagement, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Christmas etc. 


 
Can you gift wrap my item and send it to someone else?

Yes, simply add your Perfect Gift(s) to your cart and during checkout you will be given the opportunity to select your preferred gift -wrap and ribbon colours. Some large gifts cannot practically be gift wrapped in paper, but for these gifts we still decorate with ribbon.


 
Can I give a personal gift card at the same time?

Yes, we have a selection of gift cards available at checkout; you can add your own personal message that will be hand-written on the card and included with your gift. All our gift cards are handcrafted in New Zealand.


 
How much does delivery cost?

Delivery on any order, regardless of volume or destination is currently FREE within New Zealand for orders over $50 incl GST and $10 for orders below $50 incl GST (subject to change without notice). For store sales and International delivery charges are based on destination, size, and weight - this information will be advised by return email within 2 working days and seek your approval to charge your Credit Card.


 
Do you carry stock of all your products?

We only carry a small amount of stock, this means your purchase is not pulled from a dusty shop shelf - our products are freshly ordered from our suppliers each time an order is placed.
 



When will I receive my order?

We endeavour to deliver all individual orders within 3-5 working days and at a maximum within 5-7 working days. Rural Delivery can take 1-2 days longer due to carrier conditions. If an item is brought in from overseas, or on back-order, then this can extend the delivery time, but you will be advised if this is the case as soon as possible. Unless otherwise specified, Gift & Registry purchases will be delivered on the date requested.
 


 
Do you ship overseas?

Yes. You may purchase your Gift(s) and once we receive confirmation of the order, we will contact you within 2 working days to confirm with you the cost of delivery. We will provide you with a couple of options. If this is acceptable, then the cost of delivery is charged to your Credit card. If it is not acceptable we will refund your money. We are also happy to provide a quote for delivery overseas, prior to purchase. We assess each order on an individual basis. Delivery quotes are based on destination, size and weight.


 
What payment options are there?

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard & American Express), Internet banking transfers, and cheques. Manual cash deposits can be made to our account at any ASB branch. International shoppers can also pay by IMT (International Money Transfer), however this method will incur fees at your own bank and take a few days. Cheques issued from banks outside New Zealand cannot be accepted. See our Shopping Guide for bank information.
 


 
Are the credit card details I submit secure?

Absolutely. Our server uses Internet-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) channel encryption to protect the credit card information. Support for SSL encryption is built into standard Web browsers, including Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator. Furthermore, and perhaps most importantly, our server fully supports the use of state-of-the-art 128-bit encryption to scramble your details, making them indecipherable to any electronic eavesdropper. Credit card payments for orders are handled in real-time by Direct Payment Solutions. The Perfect Gift does not store any credit card information.
 


 
How will I know The Perfect Gift received my online order?

You will need to provide a valid email address at checkout; you will receive your email confirmation within 5 – 10 minutes after processing your order. If you have not received it, then check your Junk E-mail folder, as your anti-virus software may have identified it as spam. If you have not received it you can contact us.
 


 
Can The Perfect Gift assist with bulk orders or Business/Corporate gift giving?

Certainly, we are able to provide personal assistance with your Corporate requirements, please either contact us here or contact our helpful Team directly for immediate assistance on 027 236 7890.
 


 
Do you have Store Vouchers?

Can I make a change or cancel my order?

Yes. Please contact us as soon as possible on 0800 900 700 if you require any changes or cancellation of your order or contact us here. Orders cancelled/changed once they have been placed with the Courier may incur an additional charge.
 


 
Can you hold the order and ship it at a later date?

Yes. During the checkout process you can specify a preferred delivery date. For example, if you wish to pre-order a gift for Father's Day, or for a gift to be delivered in time for a birthday. We do our very best to meet this request but cannot guarantee that it will absolutely be delivered on the date you request.
 


 
What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly discuss exchanging or replacing it. Please click here to view our full returns policy.
 


 
Do you offer every product from a Brand?
