Do you just do Wedding Registries?
No, The Perfect Gift is a comprehensive online store, you can purchase any item and it will be delivered directly to you.

Can you gift wrap my item and send it to someone else?
Yes, simply add your Perfect Gifts to your cart and during checkout you will be given the opportunity to select your preferred gift wrap and ribbon colours. (We regret that large items cannot be gift wrapped)

Can I give a personal gift card at the same time?
Yes, we have a selection of gift cards available at checkout, you can add your own personal that will be hand-written on the card and included with your gift. All our gift cards are handcrafted in New Zealand.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery on any order, regardless of volume or destination is currently $12.50 within New Zealand for store sales and discounted at  half price $6.25 for wedding registry guests (subject to change without notice).

Do you carry stock of all your products?
We only carry a small amount of stock, this means your purchase is not pulled from a dusty shop shelf - our products are freshly ordered from our suppliers each time an order is placed.

When will I receive my order?
Most often well within 5- 10 working days, rural delivery can take a little longer. If an item is brought in from overseas this can extend the delivery time, but this will be specified on the product information page.

Do you ship overseas?
We are happy to provide a quote for delivery overseas, we assess each order on an individual basis and only ship to selected countries.  Delivery quotes are based on destination, size and weight.

What payment options are there?
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Diners), internet banking transfers, and cheques.  Manual cash deposits can be made to our account at any BNZ branch. International shoppers can also pay by IMT (International Money Transfer), however this method will incur fees at your own bank and take a few days. Cheques issued from banks outside New Zealand cannot be accepted.

Are the credit card details I submit secure?
Absolutely. Our server uses Internet-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) channel encryption to protect the credit card information. Support for SSL encryption is built into standard Web browsers, including Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator. Furthermore, and perhaps most importantly, our server fully supports the use of state-of-the-art 128-bit encryption to scramble your details, making them indecipherable to any electronic eavesdropper.
At no time are your credit card details visible to The Perfect Gift. All credit card payments are handled in real-time by Direct Payment Solutions. The Perfect Gift does not store any credit card information.

How will I know The Perfect Gift received my online order?
You will need to provide a valid email address at checkout, you will receive your email confirmation within 5 – 10 minutes after processing your order.

Can The Perfect Gift assist with bulk orders or business/corporate gift giving?
Certainly, we are able to provide personal assistance with your Corporate requirements, please either email us at corporatecare@theperfectgift.co.nz or contact our Business Development Manager directly for immediate assistance on 027 236 7890.

Do you have Store Vouchers?
Yes, our Gift Certificates can be both ordered and redeemed online. To find out more and view our Gift Certificates please click here.

Can I make a change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible on 0800 900 700 if you require any changes or cancellation of your order or email us at clientcare@theperfectgift.co.nz

Can you hold the order and ship it at a later date?
Yes.  During the checkout process you can specify a preferred delivery date.  For example, if you wish to pre-order a gift for Father’s Day, or for a gift to be delivered in time for a birthday. We do our very best to meet this request but cannot guarantee that it will absolutely be delivered on the date you request.

What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly discuss exchanging or replacing it. Please click here to view our full returns policy.  

Do you offer every product from a Brand?
We place a carefully selected collection of the most popular products from each supplier, on the site, but if we offer a brand then we can likely source most any product from their range. Please click here to see the logos of the brands we offer.
